Pier is a professional barman and sommelier. He has gone back and forth from Bologna to Tenerife and then settled down in Sicily where he lives and is a food and beverage manager in a holiday resort. His trips around the globe are always connected to local food and drinks. He has never ever ordered the same dish or drank the same wine in a restaurant, and this happens both in Italy and abroad. In fact, he likes to experiment also in his home kitchen (where he is sometimes successful and sometimes not!) He has tried pretty much everything, but he likes meatballs and mortadella best.
